1.Independent Service Provider
We are an independent transaction service and are not an affiliate, employee, or legal representative of 1xBet.
2.No Liability for Losses
We are not liable for any losses incurred on the 1xBet platform. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the processing of your deposit or withdrawal transaction.
3.User ID Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct 1xBet/Melbet ID. Transactions sent to the wrong ID cannot be reversed or refunded.
4.Deposit Fees
A service fee applies to deposits. The total fee will be clearly displayed for your review before you finalize your payment.
5.Processing Time
Most deposits take 1–5 minutes. Delays due to network issues (EcoCash/InnBucks) or betting platform maintenance are beyond our control.
6.Withdrawal Liquidity
Withdrawal requests are processed on a "Cash Availability" basis. While we aim for instant payouts, timing depends on the available float at the time of your request.
7.Finality of Payment
Once a mobile money prompt is approved and processed, the transaction is final.
8.Identity Verification (KYC)
KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will be required to upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and complete a quick liveness selfie check before funds can be released. 9.Verification of Transactions
We reserve the right to request proof of payment (SMS screenshot) or additional ID verification for the reconciliation of large amounts.
10.Fraud & Abuse
Accounts suspected of money laundering or "round-tripping" (depositing without betting) will be reported and blocked.
11.Support
Issues must be reported within 24 hours via our official channels with a valid transaction reference.
